Candidate Visits

DCKC has hosted five candidates for political office in the past month, and we are working at bringing more to speak with Kent County residents in the coming months. On July 20 we heard from Allison Galbraith (running for Congress), Mike Welker (for House of Delegates) and Bob Miller (for Chestertown Town Council). This past week we heard from Mike Pullen (for Congress) and Alec Ross (for Governor). We are committed to continuing to bring Democrats running for various offices to the county so you can get to know them and make up your mind. While there will not be a formal club meeting this month, we’ll have another event in this series on August 26 and more into September and the fall.
