All are invited to enjoy a celebration of its 10th anniversary at !magine: RiverArts Street Festival, Sunday, September 11, 1:00-6:00 pm, High Street, Chestertown. All will have opportunities to participate in the creation of art and to appreciate the art of others.
Like most arts festivals there will be artists selling their work and multiple opportunities to see art in the making as well as music and food. What is special about this street festival, however, is that it has been designed to actually engage the whole community in the creation of art. Activities have been planned for all ages throughout the day. Community projects have been designed to engage individuals and families.
Attached are two posters, one in English and one in Spanish, which we hope you will print out and display in order to help us reach out to the diverse population in our community. We want to communicate how all are truly welcome.
