Our club was very pleased to be able to again set up our booth during the July 4 Festival in Rock Hall — we were there all day providing candidate information and materials, information about the club and about the July 19 Primary Election, and a special offering this year — gun safety locks! We gave away almost 50 cable locks for securing handguns, shotguns, and rifles at the booth. Many thanks to Jan Plotczyk and Gren Whitman for obtaining these important safety items, in partnership with Project ChildSafe, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense, and Marylanders to Prevent Gun Violence.
