Chestertown Election

The Democratic Club of Kent County wishes to thank all those who ran for town office — thanks for being willing to serve! We wish to congratulate member David Foster for his election to the First Ward Council seat, and to commend Owen Bailey and Bob Miller for the quality of the campaign which lead up to the election. Also congratulations go to Chris Cerino (Mayor) and Rev. Ellsworth Tolliver (Third Ward).
