DCKC Candidate Event Policy

The Democratic Club of Kent County is committed to supporting all Democrats running for elected office.  At the same time, we are unable to endorse any particular candidate in a contested election, before the primary.  Nonetheless, we’ll publicize all local candidate events that we learn of (so please let us know!).  Here is information about one such event we learned of recently:

Fundraiser for Allison Galbraith for Congress
Date:  January 5, 2018
Where:  JR’s Pub – Party Room in the Back of the Bar
Time:  6:30 – 8:30 pm
Cost:  $35 at the door.  All proceeds go directly to the campaign
Sponsors: The organizers are looking for sponsors willing to donate $100 in advance.  Checks should be made payable to Allison for Congress.  Sponsor names will appear in a printed poster at the event.  If you can be a sponsor, call Debbie Wiener at 301-873-1334 and she will come and pick up your check.
