Come and hear from our favorite professor, Dr. Dan Nataf of the Center for the Study of Local Issues (CSLI) in Annapolis — Dan will provide a detailed analysis of what happened here in Maryland and across the nation in the 2018 Mid-Term Election. He’ll offer insights into Maryland’s First Congressional District, and on the chances for some revision of the district’s Gerrymandered lines prior to the next election. Also that evening we’ll conduct our Annual Executive Committee Election — the following people are nominated for the open positions: Barbara Brown, Vice President, Ginny Kerr, Corresponding Secretary, Bill Herb, Recording Secretary, Jodi Bortz, At-Large (two year term) and Andy Scott, At-Large (one year term). All club members are strongly encouraged to attend; nominations will be accepted from the floor.
