A huge Thank You! to everyone who came out for the Central Committee’s fundraiser on January 22. A great crowd heard an impassioned talk from our new state chair, Yvette Lewis. Money raised from the dinner will go toward supporting candidates in the 2020 election.
We are seeking a qualified female to fill a vacant position on the Central Committee. A qualified person will reside in Kent County and be registered as a Democrat. Responsibilities include attending monthly meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month, along with participating in campaign, outreach, and fundraising activities, and attending the semi-annual state meetings.
Interested applicants should submit a statement of interest and a short CV by February 29. Applications will be considered at the March 3rd meeting.
