Are you tired of the lies and distortions that are coming out of the White House and the Republican Party? Do you want to help set the record straight? Then volunteer to assist a Democratic Club communications effort by writing letters to the editor, Facebook posts, Twitter feeds, and other forms of social media, outlining Democratic positions and countering the lies and innuendos of the President and his party. We’ll take turns each week providing Kent County residents with the more nuanced, rational, and progressive tenets/views held by Democrats on issues of local and national importance. We’ll emphasize our values, and be as positive as we can be in these challenging times. Each person will be free to choose what s/he wants to write about for publication in the Kent County News, the Spy, the Pilot, or by Twitter.
