The family of Marie Anderson, an active Democrat in Kent County from 2000 to 2016, wanted to let her fellow Democrats in Kent County know that Marie passed away rather suddenly on December 23 from RSV.
Cynthia Saunders remembers Marie as a person with a lot of energy and enthusiasm She was an ardent Democrat and definitive in her negative opinion of such as Andy Harris (always expressed in ladylike terms, but forcefully!) Somehow, when he was just a rising TV personality, Marie had Tucker Carlson’s number…..after one or another of his early pontifications, we would hear, snicker barely restrained, “You tell ’em, Tucker!” We miss her wry humor and endless energy!
