Sid Watson, a longstanding, fervent Democrat, passed away on Jan. 7. His partner of 64 years, Bill Parks, is planning a service in Rock Hall on Friday. Look for details in the paper or at the club meeting on Thursday. Sid and Bill essentially re-established the Kent County Democratic Club many years ago, and were long-time, highly loyal, and active members.
