Several of us attended the K/QA Indivisible GOTV event on November 9, where a great project was unveiled to “Get out the Vote” for the 2018 election. We’ll be working with them on this. Here is info from that event:
There is just one year until the 2018 midterm elections, and Kent and Queen Anne’s Counties Indivisible has launched a Get out the Vote initiative to make sure we’re ready. In the first phase of our efforts, we’ll be collaborating with other local groups to increase the number of registered voters in our counties and to educate members of our community about the power of their vote. Our weekly newsletter will contain updates about other events and activities related to GOTV throughout the year.
As we did with the ACA “repeal and replace,” call Representative Harris and make it clear to him what it will cost him with voters if they pass this plan.
