Minary’s Dream Alliance (https://minarysdreamalliance.org/) operates a weekly food distribution program for needy elderly folks in Kent County. Volunteer drivers distribute the food each Thursday morning. There is currently a need for a driver to serve the Quaker Neck route, and other volunteer drivers are also needed. This involves picking up about a dozen bags of groceries at the American Legion Hall on Thursday mornings and delivering the food to the recipients.
