File a formal complaint against Justice Alito! It’s quick and easy!
Supreme Court Justice Alito has been in the news lately because he has abandoned all pretense of being an unbiased arbiter of justice.
If you haven’t been following: First, an upside-down American flag was flown outside his home for several days after the January 6 insurrection. Then, it was revealed that the “Appeal to Heaven” flag was flown at his vacation home.
Both these actions show that Alito has aligned himself with the MAGA insurrectionists and Christian Nationalist movement.
He has shown us his far-right political sympathies. He is NOT an unbiased arbiter of justice.
At the very least, Alito should recuse himself from all cases having to do with 2020 election interference and denial. If he won’t recuse himself, the chief justice should do it for him.
We can complain to Chief Justice Roberts and Senator Dick Durbin, and let them know that we do not think that these are suitable actions for a Supreme Court justice.

- Print pages 2-4
- Sign the document
- Make a copy of pages 2-4
- Send one copy to the Clerk of the Supreme Court
- Send the other copy to Senator Durbin
