Take Action, 8/4

This column shares contact info, calls for action and excellent resources needed to defend our values.

The latest TrumpCare (WealthCare) bill was defeated! Please feel good about any steps you took to defeat these horrible bills! And thank the activist groups and senators for speaking up and out. But vigilance is key. Already there is talk of reviving “repeal and replace” after the Senate returns from its break. Keep calling and writing your opposition to any repeal of the ACA. Our own Senator Cardin has offered a repair bill. Read about it here: https://t.co/nVzj42Yu77

Make Calls. Calling your senators and representatives is one of the most effective ways to have an impact on their decisions. Choose what you’d like to call about, and then follow our step-by-step guide to make your voice heard.

This phone app will record a voice message anytime, anywhere. Stance will send it directly to your representative’s phone.
