This award is given annually at the Kennedy-King Dinner to honor the most outstanding volunteer whose activities have substantially benefited the Democratic Party in Kent County in the previous year.
General Criteria:
- No paid staff or any member of the Central Committee will be eligible.
- The volunteer will have contributed efforts to benefit the entire Democratic Party in Kent County.
- Candidates may be affiliated with either the Democratic Club, a political campaign, and/or a policy campaign.
